Avoid the new owner. Worst customer service of any bike shop I've ever been to. Rented a small bike for my 6 year old daughter. 5 minutes into the ride she complained about the break handles. Indeed the break handles were much too wide for a child's hand, clearly an adult size. It was very strange for this bike with tiny wheels to have large break handles no child could use! When we went back to exchange it the next day, the owner insisted we had to pay for the day we didn't get to use it. No apology whatsoever, he refused to acknowledge the issue and made us pay. We cancelled the rest of the contract and prefer to take our business elsewhere.

Staff were helpful and responsive to changes we requested to the electric cycles we rented. No issues, would certainly rent there again 🚲

Worst bike hire we could possibly imagine. We thought this was the only place in La Noue so took what we were offered - both bikes completely knackered. A mountain bike that should be in a museum, with a bald front tyre, no oil on the chain, and an ancient electric bike that had definitely seen better days. Plus the most disinterested service we've ever experienced. Recommend shopping around for better bikes. We later realised there was another hire in the village as well as several in the wider village of St Marie de Re.
